1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using web.sunstack.in, creating an account, posting a job or applying to one, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use the portal
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Employer accounts may only be created by someone authorised to act for that organisation. One person may hold one job seeker account; duplicate or impersonating accounts may be removed.
3. Your account
You agree to give accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us at support@sunstack.in as soon as you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being misused, pending review.
4. Job seeker responsibilities
Your profile, resume and applications must be truthful. Do not apply to roles you are not genuinely interested in, do not submit someone else's resume as your own, and do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Interviews, offers and joining dates are arranged directly between you and the employer; Sun Stack does not act as your agent or representative.
5. Employer responsibilities
- Post only genuine, currently open vacancies for your own organisation, with an accurate role, location, experience and salary indication.
- Keep listings current: close or update a role once it is filled.
- Use candidate data only for evaluating and contacting applicants for that role.
- Do not charge candidates for applying, interviewing or being placed.
- Comply with all applicable labour, tax and data-protection laws, including equal-opportunity requirements.
6. Fees, packages and invoices
Browsing jobs and creating a job seeker account is free. Employer listings, candidate packs and premium features are paid, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Invoices for standard bookings are generated in your portal account. Payments, taxes and refund eligibility are described in our Billing Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited activity
You must not: post fraudulent, discriminatory or misleading content; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; scrape, crawl or bulk-download data without written permission; upload malware; attempt to bypass security, verification or access controls; contact users for unrelated marketing; or use the portal in breach of any law.
8. Intellectual property
The portal's design, software, brand and original content belong to Sun Stack and may not be copied or reused without permission. You keep ownership of the content you upload — your resume, company details, photographs and job descriptions — and you grant us a limited licence to host, display and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.
9. Third-party links and services
The portal may link to employer websites and payment-gateway pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the portal available, but planned maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond our control may interrupt access. We may add, change or withdraw features. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the portal or by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where an account poses a risk to other users. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, liability and governing law — continue to apply.
12. Limitation of liability
Sun Stack is an intermediary that helps employers and job seekers find each other. We do not employ candidates, do not guarantee interviews, offers or hires, and are not a party to any employment contract you enter into. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please write to support@sunstack.in so we can try to resolve the issue. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
