Frequently asked questions

Yes. Creating an account, building your profile, searching jobs, saving jobs, setting alerts and applying to roles are all free. We never charge a candidate for registration, interviews or selection.

You can browse jobs and read full descriptions without signing in. To apply or save a job you need a job seeker account, so the employer can see the profile you submitted and you can track the application.

Employer accounts are verified against company details and documents before approval, and job posts are reviewed before they go live. A role always shows the company, location, experience and salary range. If a listing looks wrong, use Contact Us and select "Report a listing".

Most employer registrations are reviewed within one to two working days. You can sign in and check the status page while your account is pending; once approved, job posting unlocks automatically.

New job posts go through a review before publishing. You can see the approval status in Manage Jobs. If a post has been on hold for more than two working days, contact support with the job reference.

Open "My Applications" to see every role you applied to and its current stage — applied, shortlisted, interview, offer or joined. When your action is needed, such as confirming an interview or responding to an offer, it is highlighted in the list and in your notifications.

Yes. Write to privacy@sunstack.in from your registered email and we will close the account and delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.

Your contact number is not shown publicly. Employers you apply to see the profile and resume you submitted for that role. Other employers see limited profile information, and a resume download or contact unlock is only available to them where a package expressly includes it.

Each package lists its included job listings, candidate credits and profile unlocks, plus the validity period. The full breakdown and price are shown on the packages page before payment.

Sign in and open Invoices in your employer account. Every issued invoice has a PDF download link. If you need an invoice re-issued with corrected GST details, contact billing support within 30 days.

That depends on your package and the listings remaining in it. Manage Jobs shows your active and pending posts and how many listings you have left.
