1. What is free
Everything a job seeker does is free: registering, building a profile, searching and applying to jobs, saving jobs, creating alerts and receiving notifications. We never charge candidates for registration, interviews, selection or placement.
2. Employer charges
Employers are charged only for the package they choose, such as job listings, candidate packs or profile unlocks. The price, validity and included credits are shown on the packages page before payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Invoices and GST
Invoices are generated in your employer account and can be downloaded as PDF. Please keep the legal name, GSTIN and billing address on your company profile accurate — these details are printed on the tax invoice. GST credit is available only to buyers whose GSTIN was provided before the invoice was issued.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment-gateway partner. We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials. A package or credit balance is activated after the gateway confirms a successful payment; if a payment is debited but an order stays pending for more than 24 hours, contact noreply@sunstack.in with the reference number.
5. Validity and renewal
Packages are valid for the period shown at purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of that period unless a longer validity is stated. Packages do not renew automatically — you will always be asked before a new payment is taken.
6. Corrections and disputes
If an invoice has the wrong company or billing details, ask for a correction within 30 days of issue. If you believe you were charged in error, raise it with postpaid billing support at noreply@sunstack.in or use Contact Us; we will investigate and, where a charge was incorrect, refund or credit it.
