Why we built Sun Stack
Job hunting in India is noisy: duplicate posts, roles that closed weeks ago, and companies you cannot check before sharing your resume. Sun Stack was built to remove that noise. Every employer account and every job listing is reviewed before it appears publicly, and every application you send can be tracked from submission through to offer.
Who we serve
We work with two audiences who need the same thing — clarity. Job seekers get one profile, a searchable list of verified openings, saved jobs, alerts and a live status for every application. Employers get a verified company page, structured job posts, a shortlist of matching candidates and one place to review applicants. Our strongest coverage is in construction, mining, green energy and field operations, alongside the supporting functions those industries hire for.
How verification works
Employers register with their company details and statutory documents. Our team reviews that information before the account is approved, and job posts are approved before they go live. This slows publishing by a day or so — deliberately. It keeps fake employers and non-existent vacancies off the platform, which protects both candidates and the companies genuinely hiring.
Privacy is the product, not a footnote
Your phone number and email are not sold to third parties or handed to every employer who asks. Contact details are shared only where the hiring relationship requires it, and you can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How we make money
Sun Stack is free for job seekers. Employers pay for listings, candidate packs and premium packages, and invoices are generated in the portal for standard bookings. That subscription model is why your data is not the product.
